According to the pundits google has a habit of recalculating page ranks once a month. When a website
adds a new page it does not get ranking until this recalculation takes place. The google toolbar displays a ranking of zero (0) for such pages.
Pages from a wide range of web sites dating back from late january 2004 still show a page rank of zero. There are too many such pages on otherwise highly ranked sites to believe that all these pages have been penalized. The only possibility is that page rank calculations will not be made for febraury of 2004.
