Rad Upload certainly makes it easier for the end users of a website to upload files to it. Unfortunately many web app developers who are not familiar with the whole business of file uploading seem to think of it as a silver bullet.

It certainly will make the whole business of file uploading painless for the end user but developers are paid to write programs or scripts and ought to make themselves familiar with the perl, PHP, java or some other language capable of processing file uploads. Rad Upload certainly wasn't designed to be a silver bullet that will magically upload this knowledge into someone's brain as in matrix.
