If you are looking for an ISP here's one not to use. Yesterday I ordered a dedicated server from them. About 12 hours after the order was sent, I recieve a mail from them asking me to photo copy both sides of my credit card and mail it to them!!!

The email goes onto say that it's their standard procedure, are these guys living in the 19th century or what? You can rest assured that such an organization is not going to be able to respond to your support requests in any meaningfull way so steer clear of them, particularly since linux hosts are dime a dozen.

I wrote two separate mails to them objecting to the credit card photocopy business still no answer after nearly 12 hours. Which says a lot.
