Our site and payment forms have been up without problem. It may be possible that you have been banned. I will be happy to look into that if you can provide your IP Address

The site https://www.2checkout.com/ times out as reported by several customers and as we have confirmed for ourselves. You can check this for yourself from a location other than your office.

When they say intermittent failure they mean a total breakdown that has lasted for well over 24 hours. All those negative comments about 2checkout on webhostingtalk, are not unfair at all.
