Dead Monitor.January 26, 2007The CRT on my desktop died. I am now working exclusively on my macbook, well not really. I am working on my old desktop using vnc. In fact the monitor itself didn't die but it's control panel did. Or hang on a sceond, it's a ghost! That's right. The monitor setting's dialog keeps popping up on it's own. It even changes some of it's settings on it's own. It will refuse to respond when you press any of the contorl panel keys. Have you read Christine by Stephen King?
