Who pulled the handbrake?

My downlink of my lankabell broadband connection has suddenly become slower than dialup. This is the kind of speed that I used to see many many years ago when using a 56kbps dialup modem.

So far their speeds have been very good. And their service far far more reliable than Dialog or SLT. But two days ago their connections started dropping randomly and I was without internet from around 7:00pm last night till about 9:30 am this morning. Since then service has been restored but the speeds drops off like this.
