No internet for a whole day.

Just a few minutes after I posted a message yesterday about my Lanka Bell Broadband connection dying off (and being restored). It died off again. It has remained dead all this time. I had to connect with my pathetically slow dialog 3g connection to make this post.

The first thing I did today was to phone up my contact and lankabell, he promised to look into it. He in fact called me back twice to keep me posted but despite his best efforts, the link continues to remain dead.

This is just the sort of thing I hoped to avoid by switching from Dialog Broadband to Lanka Bell. This sort of disruption was the order of the day with DBN.

When Airtel eventually gets here and starts offering broadband services. I will definitely be standing in line.
