            April 23 is world book and copyright day, so on the 24th, the government carries full page advertisements on major newspapers about some program they are about to launch. Half of that space is taken up by a photo ripped off from my old website.

            Of course I can sue them, but the Sri Lankan government is made up of thugs, crooks and (retired) terrorists, so you can't expect the to obey the courts of law.
