Rad Upload 3 ready to go.

Rad Upload 3, release candidate is now available for download. Version 3 beta one and beta 2 have been available for a while now and many people who tried it out got back to us with valuable comments and feedback. Based on that we have fixed two minor bugs and we are pretty confident that the release candidate is free of any bugs.

As things stand we can release version 3 on the 5th of July. Let's hope no one reports a bug on the 4th.
