What's up at Adwords?

What's happening at adwords? Our ( Rad Inks ) ads apparently stopped running about 48 hours ago. Unfortunately it went un-noticed till now. There wasn't any alert - usually they sent two warning before ads get suspended - but they are not suspended, just don't show up.

The diagnostic tools says the daily budget has been exceeded while in fact only $0.00 has been spent! When you try to change the budget ad settings say the budget is fine. This is not the first time I have seen such contradictions at google.
