I then sent them a few nasty emails they have replied to them saying service will be restored but it hasn't been done.
I then wrote to them asking that my account be cancelled and asked them to reverse any charges made to my credit card. To that they reply saying I have to visit their website and fill out yet another stupid form and follow it up with yet another (IDD) call. The call will be answered by their answering mschine that will say all the customer service staff are busy has happened before.
