            <p>This is the first new release of <a href="http://raditha/RadImage/imager.php">Rad Image Viewer</a> after january 2003. It includes several improvements.</p>
            <p>When the image was larger than the view area part of the image would be hidden. This issue has been fixed.</p>
            <p>The cursor changes to a wait cursor when changing between images, so that you no longer have to wonder if the app has crashed.</p>
            <p>Added a a fit image to window option.</p>
            <p>Next and previous buttons, which were not functional in the previous version have been enabled.</p>
            <p>File formats:</p>
            <p>The previous release was made three years ago when java.4 was the norm. Now java 5 provides support for the display of BMP files and as a result Rad Image Viewer has automatically aquired the ability to display bitmaps. If the <a href="https://jrawio.dev.java.net/">jrawio</a> library is present in the classpath, Rad Image Viewer will display Nikon raw format files.</p>
